This policy explains what information the Indian Lead Battery Conference (ILBC) 2026 registration site collects and how it is used.
1.1 Account details: name, email address and password when you sign up.
1.2 Registration details: name, gender, job title, email, mobile number, address, food preference and category for every participant (delegate or guest) you register.
1.3 Payment details: transaction reference, amount and status from our payment gateway (PayU) or bank transfer proof for international delegates. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials — these are handled directly by the payment gateway.
2.1 To process your registration, calculate applicable fees, discounts and taxes, and issue tickets and tax invoices.
2.2 To communicate event updates, payment confirmations and conference logistics to your registered email or mobile number.
2.3 To verify bank transfer payments and manage cancellation/refund requests.
3.1 We share payment details with our payment gateway partner solely to process transactions.
3.2 We do not sell or rent participant information to third parties.
3.3 Information may be disclosed where required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of IBMA, event participants or the public.
4.1 The site uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in while you register and pay. It does not track you across other websites.
5.1 You can review and update your profile details from the Profile page at any time.
5.2 To request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data, email registrations@ilbc.org.in. Some information (such as confirmed ticket and payment records) may be retained as required for accounting, tax or legal purposes.
