ILBC 2026ILBC 2026Terms & Conditions — Indian Lead Battery Conference (ILBC) 2026
1.1 By registering for the Indian Lead Battery Conference (ILBC) 2026, organized by the Indian Battery Manufacturers Association (IBMA), delegates, guests, sponsors, and other stakeholders agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2 The event date, schedule, venue, and other details may be subject to change. Registered participants will be notified of any such changes through the official event communication channels (registered email/mobile number).
2.1 Participants must complete the official registration process, provide accurate and up-to-date information, and pay the required registration fee to be eligible for the event.
2.2 Registration category eligibility (IBMA ordinary member, IBMA affiliate, Non-member, FISSBA member, Academic/research institution, Foreign delegate, Spouse/non-business guest) must be accurately declared at the time of registration.
2.3 Registration is personal and non-transferable. A registration cannot be transferred to another individual without the explicit written permission of the event organizer.
2.4 A guest (spouse/non-business guest) registration is only valid when accompanied by at least one confirmed delegate registration on the same account.
3.1 Delegates registering from India may pay online (via the payment gateway) or by bank transfer. Foreign delegates must pay by bank transfer only.
3.2 Bank transfer registrations remain in "Pending Approval" status until the organizer verifies the payment proof submitted by the participant. Confirmation of the ticket is subject to this verification.
3.3 All fees are quoted exclusive of, and subject to, applicable GST/IGST (18%) and a processing fee, both computed at the time of payment, in addition to any early-bird or group discounts that may apply.
3.4 The organizer reserves the right to verify and, where necessary, correct pricing at the time of payment regardless of any estimate shown prior to payment.
4.1 Delegates, guests, and attendees must behave in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards others will not be tolerated.
4.2 Participants are responsible for their own conduct and must follow event rules, regulations, and instructions given by event officials and venue staff.
5.1 Participants understand and consent to photographs, videos, and other recordings being taken during the event. The event organizer reserves the right to use these materials for promotional and documentation purposes related to IBMA and the conference.
6.1 Participants acknowledge that attending the conference (including travel to and from the venue) involves inherent risks and that they assume responsibility for their own safety, health, travel, and belongings during the event.
6.2 Participants, sponsors, and attendees release the event organizer, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners from liability for injuries, damages, losses, or expenses that may occur during or in connection with the event, except where caused by the organizer's gross negligence.
7.1 On or before 9 October 2026: a full refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of Rs. 2,500 plus applicable GST.
7.2 After 9 October 2026: no refund will be provided.
7.3 If the organizer cancels the event (organizer-initiated cancellation), a full refund will be issued, less the cancellation fee described in 7.1.
7.4 Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account used for payment. [Add processing timeframe here, if applicable.]
7.5 Cancellation requests must be sent to registrations@ilbc.org.in.
8.1 The event organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible through official communication channels, and Section 7.3 will apply where relevant.
